What you can expect…

With all our training sessions you can be assured that we will work to a high standard. Our training includes:

★ Consultation

Face-to-face discussions; telephone conversations and email done to ensure that the exact requirements are met. This is ongoing from start to finish, ensuring the direction of the training complies with the organisation’s request.

★ Research

Putting together all the necessary information relevant for the organisation giving maximum opportunity for the organisation’s input in the final preparation of the training packs. This will reflect what is unique to the organisational requirements.

★ Training

The delivery of the training will be interactive, involving maximum participation of staff. This uses various methods e.g. group work, PowerPoint presentations, role plays, debates, discussions and multi-media presentations, Question & Answers. A confidential evaluation feedback form is prepared for each individual and based on this information the necessary adjustments to the training will be made to give maximum benefit to the organisation.

★ Comprehensive Report complete with Recommendations (Optional):

This report is based on the organisation’s strategic objective, full involvement of staff attending the training and consultation with the organisation. The report includes recommendations on how the organisation can go to the next level after the training, including the option of a presentation with Question & Answer to Board Members and Executive Officers of the report and Recommendations.

★ Small Classes

The maximum number of participants will be 20 persons and minimum 10 persons per session. Each session lasts for up to half a day. This includes us supplying all necessary supplies, handouts, trainers, etc, plus travel.
